More Snow!.jpg

Well I might have to think about hitting up the Gym for tonight's run! Another 30cm over night...Here's hoping the streets are clear later on...45mins of shoveling can count as cross-training right?

PS. Running in snow is not good for IT Band...must do better job of stretching and rolling tonight :)

    Yikes! I'm moving to your area from Canada and was hoping it would be warmer with less shovelling. No dice, eh?
