Why not another 10km?

Well...I decided since I am not running Friday/Saturday and not doing a Sunday Long run that I would try and squeeze one more run in...so I did another 10km...It felt good...I am feeling a little bit of stress on my IT band...so lots of stretching and rolling and rest for the next couple days and I should be back to normal...happy I am getting these KM's in...I know that this is what is going to help be break that 5hour Marathon!
