Dear IT Band...

Please stop being angry at me...I have stretched, rolled, iced and rested....please start liking me again.

  1. Ohhh girl I was having those issues too. I bought an IT band strap at the running store and it definitely helped. I only had to use it for like 3 weeks too along with stretching and foam rolling and all that and it really helped. I think the IT band strap was the only reason I was able to keep running. You should try it!!

  2. p.s. this weekend was my first run in a few months where I ran 2 days in a row without ANY IT pain and WITHOUT my IT Band strap so don't worry it's definitely not a permanent fix. You can get out of it ;) I was nervous about being dependent on it.
